Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The Needs Of The Commune Office In Obrowo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Needs Of The Commune Office In Obrowo Ul. Aleja Lipowa 27 In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items, Including Deliveries Resulting From The Provisions Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure And Their Possible Returns, In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, To Any Place In The Country, Foreign Items Will Be Delivered To Places In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Universal Postal Union.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept Postal Items Prepared For Dispatch From The Ordering Party, From Monday To Friday On Working Days Between 8:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. At The Contractors Shipping Facility, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 500 Meters From The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Or Collected From The Ordering Partys Registered Office3. The Contractor Will Deliver Domestic Items Included In Universal Postal Services While Maintaining The Timeliness Of Delivery Of Items In Domestic Traffic Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator.4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Send Shipments In Which It Is A Party To The Proceedings. These Will Not Be Deliveries Within The Meaning Of The Code Of Civil Procedure, The Code Of Criminal Procedure And The Code Of Administrative Procedure.5. For Parcels With Return Confirmation Of Receipt, The Contractor Will Deliver To The Ordering Partys Registered Office An Acknowledgment Of Receipt Acknowledged By The Addressee, Immediately After Delivery Of The Parcel, Within The Deadlines Specified By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Operator Designated For Letter Items Other Than The Fastest Category Items.6. Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt (Zpo) May Take The Form Of An Electronic Acknowledgment Of Receipt (Epo). In The Case Of Sending A Registered Shipment From Epo, The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Place The Distinguishing Mark Registered-E On The Shipment.7. Electronic Confirmation Of Receipt (Epo) Involves The Delivery Of A Parcel Based On A Record In The Ict System And The Recipients Signature On A Mobile Device (E.G. Tablet) With Which The Deliverer Is Equipped. 8. The Epo Should Contain Information Enabling The Identification Of The Delivered Shipment, The Signature Of The Person Receiving The Shipment, Indicating Whether The Person Confirming Receipt Of The Shipment Is The Addressee, An Adult Member Of The Household Or An Authorized Representative, And The Date Of Delivery.9. Epo (Electronic Receipt) Is The Original Proof Of Delivery Of The Shipment.10. The Ordering Party Will Send Correspondence Only On Its Own Behalf, I.E. In Each Case The Ordering Party Will Be The Sender. It Is Unacceptable That Some
