1. The Subject Of The Order Is 24-Hour Care For Homeless Animals Within The Meaning Of Art. 11A Section 2 Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended) From The Ogrodzieniec Commune, In Compliance With The Principles Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of January 20, 2022 On Detailed Veterinary Requirements For Running Animal Shelters (Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 175, As Amended) And The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 26, 1998 On The Rules And Conditions For Catching Stray Animals (Journal Of Laws Of 1998, No. 116, Item 753), Including In Particular: A) Providing Homeless Animals With A Place In An Animal Shelter; B) Care For Free-Living Cats, Including Feeding Them; C) Catching Homeless Animals; D) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Animals In Animal Shelters; E) Finding Owners For Homeless Animals; F) Euthanizing Blind Litters; G) Indicating A Farm To Provide A Place For Farm Animals; H) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Accidents Involving Animals. I) Collecting, Transporting And Disposal Of Dead Animals Or Their Parts; J) Collecting And Transporting Dead Birds To Designated Disposal Sites; K) Collecting And Transporting Dead Animals (Including Forest Animals) Injured As A Result Of Road Accidents; L) Sterilization And Castration Of Free-Living Cats.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law
