The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Checking, Reviewing And Approving In Formal And Legal Terms Draft Contracts, Annexes, Agreements, Orders, Authorizations, Powers Of Attorney, Regulations, Letters, Draft Normative And Legal Acts Relating To The Ordering Partys Activities Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Their Receipt; 2) Checking, Reviewing And Approving In Formal And Legal Terms Draft Contracts And Annexes Regarding The Implementation Of Tasks Commissioned To Organizations Non-Governmental Activities, Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Their Receipt;3) Issuing Legal Opinions Within 5 Business Days Of Receiving A Letter Or E-Mail In This Matter;4) Giving Opinions In Formal And Legal Terms On Draft Resolutions Of The City Council And Orders Of The Mayor Of The City Related To The Statutory Activities Of The Ordering Party;5) Giving Opinions In Formal And Legal Terms On Administrative Decisions;6) Supervising The Preparation And Implementation Of Competition Announcements In The Scope Of The Statutory Activities Of The Ordering Party;7) Conducting Training For Candidates For Acting As A Foster Family; 8) Providing Consultations, Explanations, Advice And Legal Opinions To The Ordering Party Or The Ordering Partys Employees, Including In The Scope Of The Acts Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz;9) Legal Support For Projects Co-Financed By The European Union From Esf Funds;10) Legal Support For The Project Cus - A New Look At Social Services;11) Informing About Changes In The Applicable Legal Status In The Scope Of The Activities Of Individual Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party;12) Representing The Ordering Party Before Common Courts, Administrative Courts, Public Administration Bodies And Other Entities In The Event Of Granting A Power Of Attorney. 13) Other Activities According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Related To Legal Services In Accordance With Current Needs (The Ordering Partys Organizational Regulations Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz).
