1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals For Primary School Children From January 7, 2026 To December 31, 2026. Attention! The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Order Completion Date Due To The Prolonged Public Procurement Procedure. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Involves The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals For School And Kindergarten Children To Appropriate Educational Institutions. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified Below In The Relevant Part Of The Order And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Draft Agreement (Appropriate For Parts 1 And 2), Which Should Be Considered Together. Part 1. Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals For Children From The Primary School In Duszniki: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals In The Form Of One-Dish Dinners (I.E. Soup - Twice A Week, Main Course With Salad – Three Times A Week) In The Number Of Meals Delivered Daily – About 150 Lunches For 186 Days, I.E.: Expected Number Of Meals During The Order Fulfillment Period: 27,900 (I.E. 150 Meals X 186 Days);2) One-Course Dinners Should Consist Of: Soup (300 Ml) With Meat (100G) Plus Bread (80G) – Twice A Week: Proposed Soups: Tomato Soup With Rice Or Pasta, Broth With Noodles, Vegetable Soup, Bean Soup, Pea Soup, Krupnik Soup, Red Borscht, Żurek Soup (With A Lot Of Finely Chopped Or Grated Vegetables); Main Course With Salad - Three Times A Week, With A Total Weight Of 350G, Consisting Of: Potatoes Or Pasta Or Rice (150G) Plus (+) Meat (Beef, Pork Or Poultry) Or Fish (100G) Plus (+) Salad (100G); The Meat Served Cannot Be Fatty And Overgrown; Salads Should Be Varied (Vegetables Finely Chopped Or Grated);  A One-Course Hot Meal May Also Include: Russian Dumplings, Dumplings, Silesian Dumplings, Pancakes With Cheese (350G);  Caloric Value Of A One-Course Dinner: Approximately 600 Kcal; 3) Note: The Ordering Party Requires That The Value Of The So-Called Products Load Into The Boiler, The Average Daily Amount Was Pln 6.50;4) Place Of Meals Delivery: Primary School In Duszniki, Ul. Broniewskiego 3, 64 -550 Duszniki. The Contractor Will Establish The Hours Of Meal Delivery With The School Principal; 5) Transport And Delivery Of Meals: The Contractor Will Deliver Meals At His Own Expense (Including Loading And Unloading) In A Car Used To Transport Ready-Made Meals, Meeting Sanitary Conditions For Transport, In His Own, Specialized Thermos Flasks That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes. As Part Of The Order, You Must Provide Disposable Tableware And Cutlery Made Of Materials Approved For Contact With Food. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Any Leftovers From The Meal;6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Exact Address Where The Meals Will Be Prepared;7) During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering
