1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New 9-Seater Minibus Adapted To Transport Disabled People For The Needs Of The Child Care Center In Włocławek.2) A Detailed List Of Technical Parameters, Required Equipment And Other Requirements For The Vehicle Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. Disabled Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons: Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii - Area D.2) The Delivered Vehicle: A) Must Be Free From Any Defects, Including Legal Defects, Cannot Be Subject To Any Repairs, Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties And Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security, B) Must Meet Polish Requirements, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997 Year - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And The Requirements Of At Least The Cee Euro 6 - 2007/715/Ec Directive Regarding Pollutant Emissions (Nitrogen Oxides, Particulate Matter And Hydrocarbons), I.E. Exhaust Emission Standard Min. Euro 6D Isc-Fcm Valid On The Date Of Delivery Of The Vehicles, C) Must Have The Minimum Parameters And Functionalities Described In The Functional And Technical Specification (Description Of The Subject Of The Order), D) All Devices Mounted In/On The Vehicle, If Required By Law, Must Have The Appropriate Approval Certificate. E) Must Be Provided With Manufacturers Warranty Service At Authorized Service Stations (Aso) In Poland, Including At Least One Service Station Located In The Voivodeship Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship,3) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Mechanical Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months For The Delivered Vehicle And Equipment. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. The Period Of The Mechanical Warranty Provided By The Contractor Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers Referred To In Chapter Xix Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Sets Minimum Requirements For The Warranty Granted: Mechanical Warranty (For The Engine And All Car Components, Covering The Proper Functioning Of The Car, Material And Manufacturing Defects) - A Minimum Of 24 Months.4) The Car Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office. The Ordering Party Should Be Informed About The Delivery Date At Least 10 Days Before Delivery Of The Car.5) The Contractor Ensures: A) On The Day Of Delivery/During Collection, Free Theoretical And Practical Training For Future Users In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Vehicle And Accessories, B) That The Vehicle Being The Subject Of The Order Is Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, C) On The Day Of Collection Of The Vehicle In Question, It Will Provide The Ordering Party With Technical And Operational Documentation: An Operating Manual In Polish, A Warranty Book With Detailed Warranty
