The Subject Of The Order Are Postal Services Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Provided In Domestic Traffic (In Urban And Rural Areas) And Abroad (Europe) In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items, Postal Parcels And Their Possible Returns After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery To The Kosakowo Commune Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012. 2. The Type Of Shipments And The Scope Of The Order Are Included In Offer Form In The Form Of A Table (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 3. The Contractor Himself Will Ensure Their Receipt, Transportation And Delivery, And If Delivery Is Impossible, They Will Be Returned. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On The Terms Specified In The Announcement And In: 1) The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366); 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About The Postal Service; 3) International Postal Regulations - International Agreements Binding On The Republic Of Poland Regarding The Provision Of Postal Services And Binding Regulations Of The Universal Postal Union; 4) In The Contractors Regulations. The Services Will Be Provided On Business Days, 5 Days A Week - From Monday To Friday.
