The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Services In The Field Of School Transport For Children And Teenagers Based On Monthly Tickets To Educational Institutions In The Brody Commune In 2026 As Regular Transport In National Road Transport On The Basis Of A Permit Issued By An Authorized Body Pursuant To Art. 18 Section 1 Point 1 And Art. 20 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490). The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services - Open Bus Transport Based On Monthly Tickets For Children To Primary School And Kindergarten On School Days. The Transport Of Children Will Take Place In Accordance With The School Year Calendar Approved By The Minister Of National Education, Taking Into Account The Introduced Temporary Restrictions On The Functioning Of The Education System Units, Including The Suspension Of Teaching, Educational And Care Activities Pursuant To The Regulations Of The Minister Of National Education. Children Are To Be Transported (Pick-Up And Pick-Up) To Facilities Located At Ul. Kilińskiego 11: A) Primary School In Brody, B) Local Government Kindergarten In Brody, From The Following Towns: Biecz, Grodziszcze, Jałowice, Jasienica, Wierzchno, Koło, Kumiałtowice, Marianka, Zasieki, Janiszowice, Brożek, Proszów, Suchodół. However, Both The List Of Towns And The Number Of Children May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Starting And Ending Times Of Classes In Individual Educational Units Are As Follows:• Primary School In Brody - Classes Start At 8:00 A.M. And End At: 1:35 P.M., 2:30 P.M.• Local Government Kindergarten In Brody – Classes Start At. 8:40 And End At 14:40;The Information Provided Is The Basis For Preparing Timetables For Open Transport And The Output Data For Calculating Transport Fees. The Timetable Should Be Arranged In Such A Way That The Departure Time For The Earliest Child Boarding In The Morning Cannot Be Earlier Than 6:50. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval A Timetable Covering The Towns Indicated In The Table List Of Students Transported To School And Kindergarten In Brody On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets, On The Basis Of Which The Service Will Be Provided. The Parties Agree That Until The Timetable Is Accepted, The Contractor Will Provide Transport Services Based On The Applicable Timetable Until December 31, 2026, But No Longer Than Until The End Of The First Semester Of The 2025/2026 School Year. For The Next School Year, If There Is A Need To Change The Timetable - The New Timetable Will Be Presented For Approval To The Ordering Party By August 16, 2026. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms Specified In The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 4A To The Swz - Contract Template For Part I.
