The Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) seeks proposals for a vendor-hosted, commercial off-the-shelf or standardized Adult Education Management Information System (MIS) and related services to collect data and produce required federal and state reports under WIOA Title II. The MIS must meet all WIOA and Illinois-specific reporting and data collection requirements as outlined in the RFP.
