The Tender Seeks To Find A Provider Of Sanger-Type Dna Sequencing, Fragment Analysis Of Pcr Products (On A Capillary Sequencer), Transcriptome Analysis, Preparation Of A Sequencing Library, And Sequencing On The Pac Bio Or Illumina Platform. The Framework Contract Will Be Concluded With One Provider That Has Been Recognized As Successful And Meets The Qualification Conditions. Based On The Framework Contract, The Structural Units/Persons Of The Estonian University Of Life Sciences Will Order The Service According To The Real Need.
