Procurement Of Playground Equipment For The City Of Lappeenranta April 1, 2026-March 31, 2027, Framework Contract Tendering. As A Result Of The Competition, Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement (Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Conditions Presented In The Request For Tender And Its Material For The Tender) For The Contract Period, Which Begins With The Signing Of The Contract (However, At The Earliest On April 1, 2026) And Ends 31.3.2027, And For One Extension Option Year (+1 Year) That May Be Introduced After That. The Implementation Of The Option Is Completely At The Discretion Of The Subscriber. The Procedures For Extending The Contract Period Are Described In The Tender Documents. During The Contract Period, Procurement Of Goods/Products Is Carried Out According To The Actual Need Within The Framework Of The Annual Allocations Granted By The Lappeenranta City Council, And The Contracts Do Not Commit To Certain Procurement Quantities. The Framework Agreement Does Not Give The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement An Exclusive Right To Supply The Goods/Products That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The City Of Lappeenranta/The Customer Has The Right To Bid For Procurement Of Goods/Products Covered By The Framework Agreement As A Separate Procurement. The Customer Reserves The Right To Decide Which Assignments Will Be Procured Through The Framework Agreements Included In The Framework Arrangement And Which Will Be Procured Separately Through Other Procedures.
