The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Following Activities: Cleaning And Removal Of Household And Construction Waste From Objects/Premises, Hydrophores Managed By Sofiiska Voda Jsc; Scheduled Cleaning Once A Year For About 300 Pcs. Hydrophoric Premises And Removal Of Waste From Them. A List Of The Hydrophoric Premises Is Provided To The Contractor After The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Objects, The Subject Of The Contract, Are Located On The Territory Of The Concession Area, Operated By Sofiiska Voda Jsc. For The Most Part, The Objects Are Located On The Ground Floor Level. Existing Situation: Various Types Of Waste Have Accumulated In The Premises Of The Sites - Construction, Textile, End-Of-Use Tires, Bulky, Mixed Household Waste, Etc. They Will Have To Be Removed, And The Corresponding Premises Swept. The Contractor Cleans The Objects/Premises And Removes The Collected Waste Under The Following Conditions: 3.1. The Contracting Authority Sends By E-Mail To The Contractor A Request For Carrying Out Activities For Cleaning The Objects/Premises And/Or Waste Delivery, And The Request Contains Information About The Location Of The Object, Approximate Quantities Of Waste And A Contact Person 3.2. The Contractor Confirms By E-Mail Or By Telephone The Day And Time For Carrying Out The Activities Requested By The Employer. The Activities, Subject Of The Contract, Are Carried Out No Later Than 3 Working Days From The Date Of The Submitted Request. 3.3. The Amount And Type Of Delivered Waste Is Certified, And Upon Measurement, The Contractor Issues A Receipt-Handover Protocol (Ppp). 3.4. The Actual Cleaning And Delivery Of The Waste Is Attended By Representative(S) Of The Contracting Authority And Representative(S) Of The Contractor, During Which A Receipt-Handover Protocol (Ppp) Is Filled Out For The Performed Activities. The Protocol Is In 2 (Two) Copies And Contains The Data Of The Contractor And The Contracting Authority, Date, Address Of The Object And Signatures Of The Persons Present. 3.5. The Contractor Issues An Invoice For The Work Performed And Submits It To The Employer Within 5 (Five) Days, Accompanied By A Handover Protocol.
