Slaveikov Street From Km 0+000 To Km 0+275.74 It Is Foreseen: Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Art. 20, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Guarantee Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Sites Are Put Into Operation.
