Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Investment Design Services In The Working Project Phase, Providing Various Types Of Water Supply Construction In The Territory Served By Water Supply Yambol And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During Construction Implementation

The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 1 (One) Potential Contractor, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined, For The Awarding Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Implementation Of Project Preparation Activities In The Working Project Phase And The Implementation Of Author Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction. Based On The Results Of The Current Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With The Person Designated As A Potential Executor Of The Specific Contracts. The Framework Agreement Does Not Specify All Terms. The Framework Agreement Will Determine The Term Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement, The Estimated Price Of The Agreement, The Method Of Payment For The Awarded Specific Contracts, General Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, The Procedure For Concluding Specific Contracts For Public Procurement. The Specific Contracts Awarded In Implementation Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop, After Sending A Written Invitation To Supplement The Submitted Offer By The Contracting Authority To The Potential Contractor, Specifying The Specific Activities, Object And Scope Of Performance Under The Relevant Contract. In The Sent Written Invitation, The Contracting Authority Requires The Potential Contractor To Supplement Its Offer With The Presentation Of A Specific Technical And Price Proposal, In Accordance With The Requirements Defined In The Written Invitation And In The Framework Agreement. In Fulfillment Of The Assignment Under This Public Procurement, The Person Who Concluded A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Activities Of Its Individualized Subject In Such A Way, Should Consider The Services Offered By Him When Concluding A Specific Contract In Such A Way That They Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement, The Technical Specification And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Procurement, Listed In This Participation Documentation. The Conclusion Of Specific Contracts Under The Framework Agreement And The Financing For The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Carried Out By The Contracting Authority For The Period Of The Framework Agreement When The Need For The Relevant Services And The Available Financial Resources Arise, And The Specification Of The Scope Of The Subject Of Each Individual Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Specific Written Invitation To Supplement The Submitted Offer To The Party Under The Framework Agreement. The Award Of Subsequent Specific Contracts Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement Is At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor, A Party To The Framework Agreement, Cannot Oblige The Employer To Declare The Services That Are The Subject Of The Framework Agreement. The Scope, The Main Parameters And The Conditions Under Which The Activities Included In The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out Will Be Determined In The Specific Written Invitation To Supplement The Submitted Offer In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop.
