The Public Order Includes The Implementation Of Cmp At The Following Site: Stage 1: Gavril Genov Street From Km. 0+000 To Km 0+339.01, Lyulin St. From Km 0+000 To Km 0+513.29 And Hadji Dimitar St. From Km 0+000 To Km 0+144.17 And From Km 0+000 To Km 0+67.50 The Total Length Of The Commissioned Street Network Is 1063.97 M, And Within The Scope Of The Same The Sidewalks Are Being Reconstructed And A Route For Broadband Internet Is Being Built, Including A Pipeline Network And Shafts. The Purpose Of The Execution Of The Public Contract Is To Reconstruct And Rehabilitate Streets Falling Into Stage 1 Of Rs No. 31/24.06.2025, On The Territory Of The Village Of Zverino, In Order To Achieve A Better Transport And Communication Environment For The Local Population And To Bring Them Into Line With The Current State And European Legislation. Construction Category: Ivth Category, According To Art. 8, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1/2003. For The Nomenclature Of Construction Types It Is Foreseen: Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Art. 20, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Guarantee Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut.
