Refilling Or Recycling Toner Cartridges For Printers, Copiers, And Multifunction Devices Includes The Following: - Removal Of Residual Toner; - Cleaning Of The Cassette Components; - Control Of The Electrical Contacts In The Cassettes; - Replacing And Programming The Chips Of The Toner Cartridges That Have Them; - Loading With Toner; - Testing Of The Loaded Cartridge, Verified With An Attached Test Page; The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services For Loading Toner Cartridges For Copier And Peripheral Office Equipment, For The Needs Of Rdsp - Dobrich And Dsp In The Territory Of The Dobrich Region, According To Technical Characteristics, Individualized In Technical Specification - Appendix No. 4, An Integral Part Of The Present Instructions For Participation. In Order To Clarify The Reasons For The Non-Operation Of A Loaded Or Delivered Toner Cartridge Or Consumable, The Contractor Visits The Relevant Address Of The Contractor To Clarify The Reasons For The Non-Operation Of The Work Performed By Him. The Deadline For The Delivery Of Loaded Toner Cartridges To Be Carried Out Within The Deadline Specified In The Participants Technical Proposal, Which Cannot Be Longer Than 7 Working Days, After Submitting A Request. The Type And Number Of Refillable Toner Cartridges For Copier And Peripheral Office Equipment Of Rdsp-Dobrich And Dsp In The Dobrich Region Are Individually Detailed In Indicative List-Appendix No. 6, An Integral Part Of These Instructions For Participation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Update The Presented List - Appendix No. 6, In Case Of Acquisition Of New, Alienation Or Scrapping Of Copier And Peripheral Equipment By Rdsp-Dobrich.
