In Connection With Ordinance No. 16-116 Of 08.02.2008, Issued By The Minister Of Economy And Energy, Published Dv. No. 26 Of 07.03.2008, Amended Dv. No. 42 Of 09.06. 2015 For The Technical Operation Of The Energy Equipment, Prevention Of The Electrical Equipment Serving The Buildings Located In The Properties Of The Ministry Of The Interior Should Be Carried Out. For This Purpose, An Inspection Of The Condition And Suitability Of The Power Transformers, Electrical Systems And Facilities Provided For The Management Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs, On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality, According To The List Of Transformer Posts, Must Be Carried Out. ​​​​​​​​​​​The Estimated Value Is Determined As Of The Date Of The Proposal In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 8, Item 1 Of The Civil Code On The Basis Of An Executed Contract With An Identical Subject For A Period Of Three Years, Taking Into Account The Growing Inflation And Taking Into Account The Results Of The Conducted Market Research On The Prices For Performing The Service - Prevention Of Transformer Substations.
