The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices. The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into 3 (Three) Separate Items. Separate Items No. 1÷3 Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. Place Of Execution Of The Order: Umbalsm «N. I. Pirogov» Ead - Sofia, 21 Totleben Blvd. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00. For Supplies And Services, The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Considering The Above, The Following Specific Position Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable According To Its Individual Value - By Direct Assignment, Since It Is Below The Thresholds Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop: Separate Item No. 4 - Rotem Sigm Thromboelastograph Consumables Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable According To Its Individual Value, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of Zop, Which Has An Estimated Value Of Up To Bgn 9,975.00 Without Vat. The Contract Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Contract Value Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medical Devices.
