This Procedure Is Divided Into Three Separate Items With An Estimated Value As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of Computer Equipment And Accessories - Bgn 167,150.00 Without Vat Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Precision Equipment And Equipment For Educational Purposes - Bgn 5,837.46 Without Vat Separate Item No. 3 Delivery Of Educational Software - Bgn 14,447.18 Without Vat On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, Separate Item No. 2 And Separate Item No. 3, With A Total Estimated Value Of Bgn 20,284.64 Excluding Vat, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Their Individual Value - Through Direct Award, Since The Value Of Each Of The Separate Items And In Total Do Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
