The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Performance Of Insurance Services For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Pleven And Its Structures In Three Separate Positions, As Follows: - Separate Position No. 1 - Compulsory Liability Insurance For Cars Owned By The Municipality Of Pleven, Incl. Voluntary Accident Insurance For The Persons/Places In The Motor Vehicle And Casco Insurance For The Motor Vehicle; – Separate Position No. 2 – Insurance Of Buildings Owned By The Municipality Of Pleven – Insurance Of Immovable Property Owned By The Municipality Of Pleven; - Separate Position No. 3 - Work Accident Insurance And Assistance For Travel Abroad Insurance - Assignment In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop; For Designated Position No. 3, Participants Should Not Submit Bids. The Maximum Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Order Is Up To Bgn 77,000.00 Incl. Dzp. The Individual Estimated Value Of Separate Position No. 3 Is Up To Bgn 12,000.00 Incl. Dzp. After Deducting The Value Of Op No. 3, The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Order Becomes Bgn 65,000.00 Incl. Dzp. According To The Requirements Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code And In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Implementation According To The Individual Value Of Individual Item No. 3, With A Total Estimated Value Of Up To Bgn 12,000.00 Excluding Vat, By Concluding Separate Insurance Policies. The Estimated Value Of Item No. 3 Does Not Exceed The Provisions In Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Threshold Of Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In Connection With The Above, The Services Under Separate Item No. 3 Will Be Assigned In The Order Of The Relevant And Individual Value On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Pursuant To Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. Options Under Art. Are Included In The Estimated Value Of The Order. 5, Para. 1 And 2 Of Ppzop, In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop For The Addition Of New Assets In The Amount Of Up To Bgn 12,000.00 (Twelve Thousand Bgn) Incl. 2% Dpa, Distributed By Specific Items As Follows: 1. The Estimated Value Of The Option To Add New Assets Under Separate Position No. 1 Is In The Total Amount Of Up To Bgn 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand) With The Vat Included, Until The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Position Is Reached. 2. The Estimated Value Of The Option To Add New Assets For Separate Position No. 2 Is Up To Bgn 2,000.00 (Two Thousand) With Vat Included, Until The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Position Is Reached.
