Within The Scope Of The Order Will Be: - Prepared Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Project. The Activity Is Related To The Implementation Of The Activities Of A Consultant In The Sense Of The Zut For The Preparation Of A Complex Compliance Report For The Realization And Implementation Of The Projects And Technical Passports. - Exercise Of Construction Supervision. The Construction Supervision Is Responsible For Its Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In The Zut, And Other Applicable Provisions Of The Legislation. The Construction Supervision Will Be Carried Out In A Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3/2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And Bylaw Regulations. He Will Sign All Acts And Protocols For The Opening Of The Construction Site And During The Construction, Necessary For The Assessment Of The Construction, Regarding The Requirements For Safety And For Legal Execution. Guaranteeing The Quality Of The Input Materials Will Also Have To Be Ensured By The Construction Supervision.
