Separate Item No. 1: Psychiatric Medications, Including A Total Of 122 Nomenclature Units, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - By Separate Item No. 1 To This Documentation; 2. Separate Position No. 2: Sedative Medications, Including A Total Of 12 Nomenclature Units, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Under Separate Position No. 2 To This Documentation; 3. Separate Position No. 3: Other Medicines, Including A Total Of 40 Nomenclature Units, Described In Detail Technical Specification - According To Separate Position No. 3 To This Documentation. Based On Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act Separate Item No. 2 Sedative Medications With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 6,557 (€ 3,352.54) Excluding Vat Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To Its Individual Estimated Value /By Direct Award/. The Subject Of Delivery Under Separate Item No. 2 And The Estimated Quantities For A Period Of 12 Months Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Under Separate Item No. 2 Attached To The Documentation. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Separate Item No. 3 Other Medicines With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 6,275.60 (€ 3,208.66) Excluding Vat Will Be Awarded According To The Order Applicable To Its Individual Estimated Value /By Direct Award/. The Subject Of Delivery Under Separate Item No. 3 And The Estimated Quantities For A Period Of 12 Months Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Under Separate Item No. 3 Attached To The Documentation. Note: The Data And Documents Attached To The Documentation For Separate Items No. 2 And 3 Are Of An Informative Nature, With A View To Complying With The Regulatory Requirements, Incl. On The Principle Of Publicity And Transparency. For The Indicated Specific Positions, The Participants Do Not Submit Bids In This Procedure.​​​​​​​​ The Remaining Value Of The Order (On Separate Item No. 1) Is In The Amount Of Bgn 51,331.40 (€ 26,245.33) Excluding Vat, And The Order On Separate Item No. 1 Is Awarded By Collecting Offers With An Advertisement. The Current Procurement By Collecting Offers With An Announcement Is Opened And Conducted In Accordance With The Order Of Chapter Twenty-Six Of The Law On Public Procurement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. Participation Under Separate Item No. 1 Is Complex - For All Nomenclature Units From Its Scope. In The Event That The Participant Has Not Submitted An Offer For All Nomenclature Units Included In The Scope Of The Respective Separate Item, The Same Is Removed From Further Participation In The Present Award.
