The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Single Economic Operator And Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders, For The Services Described In The Contractual Documents (Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Code). In Application Of Article R2162-4 Of The Code, The Public Contract Is Concluded Without Any Amount Minimum Commitment And With A Maximum Commitment Amount Of 80,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over Its Duration, I.E. Five Years.
