Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order - From Signing The Protocol For The Opening Of The Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For The Construction - Annex No. 2A To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until The Completion Of The Construction Works On The Site And The Issuance Of A Permit For The Use Of The Site. Place Of Performance Of The Order: The Construction Supervision, Subject Of The Order, Will Be Performed On The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Zavoy, Tundzha Municipality. The Contractor Should Exercise Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Zut In Accordance With The Investment Project, The Technical Specifications, The Technical Offer, The Contract For The Execution Of The Assigned Smr And The Other Requirements For The Execution Of The Contract And The Execution Of The Work On The Site, Through Qualified Specialists Appointed To Supervise The Relevant Parts. The Contractor Performs Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Smrs That Are Performed By The Builder, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction. In Fulfillment Of This Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Carry Out The Following Activities In A High-Quality And Timely Manner, In Full Compliance With The Current Regulations And With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To The Zut For Site Ii Category.
