Laboratory Reagents – Successive Deliveries Of Reagents, Control And Consumable Materials, Calibrators, Fluids, Consumable Parts And The Lease Of Integrated Biochemical And Immunochemical Systems With Software And Equipment Rental, I.E. Cooling Cabinets, Metal Table, Air Conditioner, Water Treatment Station. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Reagents, Control And Consumable Materials, Calibrators, Fluids, Consumable Parts And The Lease Of Integrated Biochemical And Immunochemical Systems With Software Enabling The Analysis Of Controls And The Operation Of A Reagent Warehouse And The Rental Of Equipment, I.E. Cooling Cabinets, A Metal Table, An Air Conditioner, A Water Treatment Station. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Submit A Comprehensive Offer Covering 100% Of The Required Tests. The Scope Of Tests Required By The Ordering Party Should Be Possible To Perform Using Two Identical, Brand New Biochemical And Immunochemical Systems. The Quantities Of The Entire Assortment Proposed By The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Number Of Determinations Declared By The Ordering Party, The Durability And Stability Of The Reagents On Board The Analyzers, The Stability Of The Calibrators And The Required Calibration Frequency, The Periodicity Of Inspections, And The Frequency Of Required Maintenance Activities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Aspects In Order To Present A Reliable Offer. The Contractors Offer Should Also Include All Required Diluents. In Addition, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Guarantee The Participation Of At Least 10 Other Users In Poland Of The Same Biochemical And Immunochemical System As Proposed In The Offer In The National External Assessment Program Conducted By The Central Center For Quality Testing In Laboratory Diagnostics In Łódź For Biochemical And Immunological Parameters Required By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health. The Goal For The Ordering Party Is To Be Able To Receive A Certificate And Additional Reimbursement From The National Health Fund. An Estimated List Of Assortment Deliveries For The Duration Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
