Research And Development Services And Related Consultancy Services – Fe 02.0490/2025/Lrb - “Pv Attachments With Highly Effective Diffraction Edge”. The Use Of Transport Infrastructure Areas To Generate Renewable Energies (Re) Is Becoming Increasingly Important Both With A View To Achieving National And European Climate Protection Goals And To Efficiently Develop Previously Unused Land Potential. Noise Barriers (Lsw) Along Traffic Routes Represent A Particularly Relevant Area Reservoir In This Context. Originally Built Exclusively To Reduce Traffic Noise, Their Additional Potential For Accommodating Pv Systems Is Increasingly Becoming The Focus Of Research And Practice. The Project Investigates The Acoustically Optimized Integration Of Photovoltaic Pv Modules On Existing And New Noise Barriers (Lsw). The Aim Is To Develop, Test And Evaluate Pv Attachments With An Integrated, Highly Effective Diffraction Edge, Which Both Maintain The Noise-Reducing Properties Of The Walls And Enable Efficient Electricity Generation. The Desired Solution Should Be Retrofittable And Compatible With Common Lsw Systems In Order To Enable Broad Applicability In Existing Buildings.
