The Wolfenbüttel District Business Enterprises (Wlw) And Their Wolfenbüttel District Waste Management Division (Alw) Operate The Bornum Landfill At The Site Of The Bornum Disposal And Recycling Center. The Leachate From The Landfill, Including The Domestic Wastewater Generated At The Landfill And The Water From Composting And Paved Areas, Has Been Cleaned In A Leachate Water Treatment Plant (Swra) Since 1996 With The Aim Of Being Discharged Directly Into The Oker Receiving Water. The Existing Leachate Purification System Is The Property Of Wlw. The Current Service Contract For The Operation Of The Leachate Treatment Plant Expires On June 16, 2026. The Wolfenbüttel District Business Enterprises (Wlw) Intend To Once Again Outsource The Further Operation Of The Leachate Treatment As A Service. Further Details Can Be Found In The Tender Documents. If The Bidder Is Not Rangerster In The Evaluation Order, The Client Reserves The Right, In Accordance With Section 56 Paragraph 2 Vgv, Not To Request Missing, Incomplete Or Incorrect Documents.
