This Project, Consistent With The Expectations Of Residents And The Dynamics Of Local Development, Provides, On Boulevard De Layrolle, A Single-Storey Construction Preferably With 4 Rooms With Around 550 Seats; Restricted Conviviality Areas In The Reception Hall And The Confectionery Sales Area; Building Integrated Into Its Environment, Energy Efficient With A Sustainable Building Approach (Bdo Approach).
