Construction Work – Modernization Of The 110/15 Kv Rpz-9 Białystok Power Station On The Premises Of Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The 110/15 Kv Rpz-9 Białystok Power Station On The Premises Of Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And 1.1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Who, During The Execution Of The Order, Perform The Activities Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Public Procurement Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All/Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It. 5. Whenever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Understood That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Also Allows For Equivalent Solutions. 6. The Białystok Branch Is Part Of The Project Titled: Development Of An Intelligent Power Grid In The Białystok Branch Of Pge Dystrybucja S.A. - Ii Co-Financed By The European Fund For Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (Priority Fepw.02 Energy And Climate, Measure Fepw.02.01 Energy Distribution) Under The Co-Financing Agreement No. Fepw.02.01-Ip.03-0003/24-00.
