The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Provision And Implementation Of High-Altitude Convalescent Stays For Children Insured By The Military Health Insurance Company Of The Czech Republic With Chronic Diseases Of The Upper And Lower Respiratory Tract With Impaired Immunity And Diseases For Which A Convalescent Stay Is Suitable Due To The Favorable Climate In The High-Altitude Environment. Convalescent Stays (Hereinafter Referred To As Op) Are Intended For: A) Children Aged 4-6 Years + 364 Days Accompanied By A Legal Representative (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Zz), When The Following Apply: - The Child Will Be 4 Years Old On The Day Of Starting The Relevant Op Tour And - Will Not Be Older Than 7 Years Of Age On The Day Of Arrival. B) Children Aged 7-14 Years + 364 Days Unaccompanied By Zz, When The Following Apply: - The Child Will Be 7 Years Old On The Day Of Starting The Relevant Op Tour And At The Same Time Will Have Completed The 1St Grade Of Primary School And - The Child Will Not Be Older Than 15 Years Of Age On The Day Of Arrival From The Op. The Frequency Of A High-Mountain Recovery Stay Within One Calendar Year Includes The Provision And Implementation Of: - Three Fourteen-Day Shifts (13 Nights) For One Hundred And Fifty Children Without Zz Accompaniment, I.E. In One Rotation There Will Be A Maximum Of 50 Children Without Zz And - One Fourteen-Day Rotation (13 Nights) For Forty Children Accompanied By Zz.
