The Subject Of The Order Are The Services And Service Profiles Of The Hoai For The Following Planning Services - Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment - Electrical Engineering (Elt) - Property Planning Of Buildings. The Client Initially Only Commissions The Service Phases 1 To 3 According To Hoai And Reserves The Right To Further Commission The Further Service Phases Individually Or As A Whole. There Is No Entitlement To Further Orders, Nor Can This Result In Any Other Contractual Obligations For The Client.
