Woonmaatschappij Leefgoed Is Looking To Appoint A Design Team For The Realization Of A New Housing Project For Social Housing, Including Environmental Landscaping. The Aim Of This Project Is To Develop A Design For The Houses, Apartments And Duplexes And Associated Outdoor Space, With Special Attention To Future Sustainable Energy Supply Through Connection To The Yet To Be Developed Heating Network Of The Municipality Of Vorselaar. The Vorselaar, Lepelstraat 1-3-5 And 7 Design Consists Of The Demolition Of 2 Existing Homes And A Commercial Building. Leefgoed Wants To Replace These Homes With Underground Parking Spaces, Bicycle Sheds And A Technical Room And 9 Homes And 20 Apartments Above Ground. A Total Of 29 Residential Units: 9 Homes Adjacent To Merellaan And 20 Apartments Adjacent To Lepelstraat. There Is No Position From The Municipality Of Vorselaar Regarding This Number. Planning Selection And Award Procedure: • Publication: Tuesday 02/12/2025 • Submitting Application For Selection Procedure: Tuesday 13/01/2026 At 10 Am • Asking Questions About The Selection Procedure At The Latest On Tuesday 23/12/2025 • Assessment And Selection Of Candidates By Tuesday 27/01/2026 • After The Selection Procedure, A Site Visit With Limited Explanation Will Be Organized By The Housing Company For The Selected Ones.
