Masaryk Elementary School, Located At: Školská 112, Milovice, Kindergarten U Broučků Milovice With Registered Office At Dukelská 320, Milovice And U Veverek Kindergarten - Separate Workplace Of Kindergarten Kostička, Address Milovice – Mladá, Komenského 581, In The Form Of Operating A Canteen With A Daily And Lunch Menu. The Canteens, Including Equipment And Facilities, Will Be The Subject Of A Lease Agreement Concluded Between The Client And The Selected Supplier. The Provision Of Lunches For Pupils As Part Of School Meals Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Act No. 561/2004 Coll., On Pre-School, Primary, Secondary, Higher Vocational And Other Education, As Amended. Lunches Will Be Prepared In Accordance With Decree No. 107/2005 Coll., On School Meals, As Amended, And With The Principles Of Good Production And Hygienic Practice In Catering Services (Haccp) And According To Recipes For School Meals. Provision Of Meals Means The Preparation Of Meals In Premises Provided To The Supplier By The Contracting Authority On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement, Serving Meals To Pupils And Employees, Taking Away Leftovers And Cleaning And Maintaining The Rented Premises In The Contracting Authoritys Premises.
