Bids should be submitted in conformity to the Bid conditions and specifications mentioned in the bidding" documents. Pre-bid Meeting in this connection will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 24.12.2025 at the Directors Office of the National Hospital - Kandy participation in the above meeting iscompulsory. Bids will be opened at the Office of the Director of National Hospital Kandy at 10.30 a.m. on 06.01.2026 immediately after closure of acceptance of bids. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present on the occasion of opening of bids. When a representative calls over a letter of authority from the applicant and National Identity Card should be produced to establish the identity. When the value of bid exceeds Rupees Five Million (Rs. 5,000,000.00) PCA 03 certificate obtained from the Registrar of Public Contract in terms of the Public Contract Act No. 03 of 1987 should be submitted.
