Tenders are invited for Infrastructure Development for Departing Passenger Capacity Enhancement at Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake Bidding Document in English Language can be purchased from 15.12.2025 between 09.00 hrs. and 15.00 hrs. on working days up to 11.02.2026 from the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka on payment of a non-refundable fee of 180,000/ = or 600 USD. In addition, the document can be downloaded from the website www.airport.lk making online payment. Bidding document could be inspected free of charge at the above address or web site www.airport.lk. Completed Bids shall be sent in duplicate either by registered post or personally handed over in the sealed form to the address of Chairman, Standing High Level Procurement Committee (SHLPC ), Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka not late than 14.00 hrs. on 12.02.2026. Late submissions will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be closed at 14.00 hrs. on 12.02.2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives at the above address. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (on demand) in the amount Rupees Sixty Million (Rs. 60,000,000.00) or 200,000 USD issued by Institutions listed in the Bid Document. Bid Security shall be valid for 217 days from the closing date of bids. Bidders or their designated Representatives are invited to attend Pre-Bid Meeting at 10.00 a.m. on 30.12.2025 at the Conference Room, 4th Floor, New Administration Building, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. The Pre-Bid meeting will be followed by a Site Visit. Meeting will also be connected through ZOOM and the connection details will be provided to Bidders who had purchased the Bid document.
