The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of The Long-Term Archive For Geodata In Baden-Württemberg Into A So-Called Electronic Long-Term Archive. This Includes A Complete Solution Consisting Of The Purchase Of The Hardware, Rental Of The Software (Including Usage Rights And Licenses) For The Minimum Contract Term Of Three Years, The Establishment Of Operational Readiness And The Operation Of The Long-Term Archive (Including Warranty, Support, Maintenance And Care Services) For The Minimum Contract Term Of Three Years. The Rental Of The Software (Including Usage Rights And Licenses) As Well As The Operation Of The Long-Term Archive Can Optionally Be Procured At The Time Of The Extension If An Extension Option Is Chosen. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Are The Services Of Roles 1 To 3. The Tender Includes The Following Services: Contract: - Purchase Of The Hardware Components (One-Off) - Rent Of The Software (Including Usage Rights And Licenses) For The Minimum Contract Term Of Three Years - Compilation Of The Entire System And Bringing The Long-Term Archive Into Operational Readiness (One-Off) - Operation Of The Long-Term Archive (Holistic Support And Administration Including Guarantee, Support, Training, Maintenance And Care Services) For A Minimum Contract Term Of Three Years - Rent For The Software (Including Usage Rights And Licenses) For The Optional Extension Options Of One Year After The Minimum Contract Term - Operation Of The Long-Term Archive (Holistic Support And Administration Including Guarantee, Support, Maintenance And Care Services) For The Optional Extension Options Of One Year Each After The Minimum Contract Term Framework Agreement: Role 1: Project Management (166 Pt For 5 Years) Role 2: Technical Consultant (320 Pt For 5 Years) Role 3: Technician (166 Pt For 5 Years) The Contract Term Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And, Unless Canceled Beforehand, Is Initially 36 Months (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice By One Year Each Time (Optional Contract Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Same Applies To The Second Optional Extension Period. The Estimated Purchase Quantity Can Be Found In Appendix 3 To The Contract Price Sheet. If The Order Value Is Increased Due To An Order Change During The Contract Term In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends
