The New Facility Should Be Characterized By Energy Efficiency, Innovative Building Technology And Long-Term Economic Viability In Operation. The Focus Is On A Barrier-Free Design In Order To Enable Physically Impaired And Older People In Particular Access To Swimming. Particular Attention Is Paid To The Use Of Renewable Energies In Order To Reduce Operating Costs And Minimize Environmental Impact. Execution Deadline: Ready For Occupancy By 2028 The Applicant Must Have A Developed Or Undeveloped Property - At The Latest At The Time The Contract Is Awarded.
