In Terms Of Privileges And Markings, The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 24, 2019 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment. On The Day Of Actual Collection, The Vehicle Must Have A Set Of Documents Enabling The Vehicle To Be Registered At The Transport Department As A Special Trailer. The Vehicle And Its Bodywork Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure The Principles Of Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended), And Also Have Appropriate Certificates.
