The Construction Project Is The Facade And Par-Veke Renovation Of Karvetinkatu 5 Of Naantali Vuokratalot Oy. All Apartment And Cleaning Balconies Will Be Renovated. The Load-Bearing Structures Of The Concrete Structures Are Repaired With A Thorough Mortar Patching Method, The Balcony Railings Are Renewed And The Balcony Glasses Are Installed. The Brickwork Of The Facades And The Existing Insulation Will Be Dismantled. New Thermal Insulation And A Ventilated Brick Tile Facade System Will Be Installed Instead. In Addition, The Entrance Canopy Will Be Renewed And The Replacement Air Supply To The Apartments Will Be Improved.
