The Purpose Of This Market Survey Is To Determine The Availability Of The Price Of New Construction And Other Information Needed For The Volume Index Of New Construction And The Reform Of Real Estate Taxation. The Price Of New Construction Refers To The Amount Of Money That An Expert Operator, Following Good Programming, Planning And Construction Practice, Needs To Implement A New Building With The Desired Characteristics. Features Include, For Example, Surface Area And Shape, Structures (Load-Bearing Capacity, Fire Resistance And Waterproofing), Use Of Premises, Conditions (Heat, Air, Light And Sound), Services (Room Equipment And Furniture And Pipe And Low Current Systems) As Well As The Theme And Experience Of The Building. The New Price Does Not Include Taxes. Statistics Finland Is Planning A Procurement In Which The Service Provider Will Produce, For The Calculation Of The Volume Index Of New Construction, Current And Fixed Price Information For New Construction For The Building Categories Defined In The 2018 Construction Classification, Describing The Typical Building Of Each Category, In Such A Way That Regional Price Differences In Construction Are Taken Into Account.
