The Öbb Ts Knittelfeld Plant Specializes In The Refurbishment And Reconditioning Of Railway Vehicle Wheel Sets. In Order To Improve The Data Quality In The Production Process And Accelerate It, Öbb Ts Is Planning To Purchase An Ocr (Optical Data Recognition) Reader With An Integrated Laser Function. The Aim Is To Record The Bearing Data On The Various Wheelset Bearings Using Image Processing And Systemically Combine It With A Gs1 Code And Laser It Onto The Bearing. The Resulting Data Set Must Be Automatically Transferred To The Pls Of The Production Area Via A Suitable Interface. There Is No Maintenance Contract.
