The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Sign A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Hemodialysis Dialyzers. Product Descriptions Are Given In Appendix 1. The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes Conducting Training On The Use Of Each Offered Product At The Request Of The Procurer. The Training Must Be Conducted In Estonian And The Venue Is The Foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. The Framework Agreements Are Concluded According To The Terms Of Appendix 2 With A Deadline Of 31.10.2028. The Qualification Conditions Are Set Out In The Basic Public Procurement Document Instructions For The Tenderer.
