Part I - Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture, Household Appliances, Toys, Teaching Aids, Medical Devices And Elements Of Sanitary Facilities. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And The Purchase And Delivery Of Household Appliances, Toys, Teaching Aids, Medical Devices And Elements Of Sanitary Facilities. A) Before Starting To Make Furniture, Measurements Must Be Taken. B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Including A List Of Equipment, Quantities And Minimum Requirements Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With Attachments.C) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With Attachments.D) Product Photos Are For Illustration Purposes Only And Are Intended Only To Illustrate Its Appearance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Products In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. E) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. As An Alternative, The Ordering Party Attaches Building Plans In Annexes 1-2 To The Sopz. (Delivery Address: Wierzawice 407 (Plot No. 1078), 37-300 Leżajsk)F) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Devices And Toys Be New, Technically Functional And Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (If Applicable).G) The Equipment Of The Rooms (Furniture, Carpets, Sports Equipment) Must Have Approvals Or Certificates.H) Toys Must Meet Safety And Hygiene Requirements And Have Ce Marking.I) The Devices Must Be Delivered In Original Factory Packaging Along With A Set Of Standard User Documentation And Accessories Necessary For Proper Operation (If Applicable). J) If The Toy Or Device Does Not Contain Batteries, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Them. The Battery Must Be Adapted To The Type And Requirements Of The Toy Or Device. K) Each Device (If Applicable) Must Be Marked By The Manufacturer In A Way That Allows For Its Unambiguous Identification, I.E. Have The Name Of The Manufacturer, Model, Series And Serial Number. L) As Part Of His Duties, The Contractor Will Assemble The Subject Of The Order (After Prior Arrangement Of The Assembly Details With The Ordering Partys Representative) And Will Launch Individual Devices And Train The Nursery Employee On Their Operation. M) The Exact Date And Hours Of Installation Of The Equipment Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Ordering Party. Delivery And Assembly Should Take Place On Working Days, I.E.: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. N) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Tools, Materials, Equipment, Employees And Transport. The Installation Of Equipment Elements Will Involve Performing All Works And Services Necessary To Use The Equipment In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And Function, Including: On Setting, Leveling And Adjustment.
