Tenders Are Invited For Running Day Support Centers In The Inowrocław Commune As Part Of The Project Social Services Center Of The Inowrocław Commune - To Make Our Lives More Beautiful

The Subject Of The Order Is To Run Daytime Support Centers - Self-Help Clubs (Hereinafter Referred To As Owd-Ks) In 6 Rural Community Centers In The Inowrocław Commune And In One Of The Primary Schools In The Inowrocław Commune. Owd-Ks Will Be Intended For Women And Men From The Inowrocław Commune In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, In Particular For People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning And Their Surroundings, Due To Age, Health And Disability (Hereinafter Referred To As Participants), Open On Average 1-2 Days A Week, At A Time Convenient For Them, In The Morning And Afternoon, To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing Or Reducing The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided And The Number Of Participants Depending On The Actual Needs. Recruitment Of Participants For The Project Will Be Carried Out Continuously During The Project Implementation Period 2025-2027 By Employees Of The Social Services Center Of The Inowrocław Commune (Cus), Including: The Coordinator Of Individual Social Service Plans (Hereinafter Kipus) And The Organizer Of Social Services (Ous). Lists Of Participants Of Each Owd-Ks And Any Possible Changes Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. The Number Of Participants Was Assumed To Be 120, Including 110 Women And 10 Men. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 5 Parts. Part No. 1 - Services Of Caregivers In Owd-Ks The Subject Of The Order Of Part No. 1 Is The Provision Of Services Of Owd-Ks Caregivers During Therapeutic Classes, During Integration Events And During Trips, One In Each Of The Seven Owd-Ks. Responsibilities Of The Supervisor Include: A) Maintaining Order In The Owd-Ks Rooms During Classes And During Ceremonies; B) Undertaking Intervention Activities When The Life And Health Of Participants Are At Risk; C) Cooperation And Assistance To The Person Conducting Therapeutic Activities And During Participants Trips And Integration Ceremonies; D) Keeping Photographic Documentation Of Classes, Trips And Integration Ceremonies; E) Cooperation With The Organizer Of Social Services (Ous) In The Field Of Keeping Documentation, Supporting Project Participants And Determining Schedule Of Meetings. It Is Assumed That In Each Owd-Ks The Supervisor Will Be Employed For Approximately 14 Hours A Month, For A Total Of 341 Hours During The Contract Period, The Total Number Of Hours In 7 Owd-Ks Is 2,387 Hours (341 X 7). An Hour Of Service Provision Is Understood As A Clock Hour. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Without The Time Needed To Arrive Or Travel.
