The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 72 As Part Of The Task: Wpf (Ue) Katowice Clean Air. Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Municipal Kindergarten No. 72 In Katowice. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works In The Field Of Insulation Of Foundation And Basement Walls Below Ground Level To A Depth Of Approx. 2.30 M, Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Top Floor, Partial Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery And Fragmentary Replacement Of External Door Joinery (Main And Side Entrance Doors). The Sanitary Installation Works Will Include Replacing The Heating System With A Biomass Boiler, Modernizing The Central Heating Installation With Radiators, Thermostatic Valves And Division Into Heating Circuits, Replacing The Domestic Hot Water Installation. Excluding The Kitchen (Connection To A Biomass Boiler Room With Central Hot Water Preparation And Circulation), Replacement Of Heat Exchangers, Replacement Of The Internal Central Heating Installation. The Electrical Installation Includes Replacement Of Fixtures In Some Childrens Playrooms And Toilets, Installation Of Emergency Lighting, Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System And Switchboards, Cctv Installation Of The External Area And Internal Monitoring, And Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels In The Flat Part Of The Roof. Due To The Excavations Carried Out Near The External Walls, It Is Assumed That Damaged Stairs, Pedestrian Paths, Platforms And Accesses To The Building Will Be Restored. The Roof Covering Will Not Be Replaced Due To Its Good Technical Condition And The Historic Nature Of The Building. It Is Not Planned To Insulate The External Walls Of The Building Above The Ground, Therefore, The Outline Of The Building And The Roof Will Not Change. A Lift For Disabled People And The Installation Of Two Internal Stair Platforms Are Planned At The Rear Stairs.
