The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Expanding Access Of Citizens And Entrepreneurs To Digital Public Services Along With Their Automation In The City Of Koło In The Scope Of Tasks Including The Creation Of A System Ensuring That Residents Of The City Of Koło Can Use Public Services Using A Trusted Profile And Other Forms Of Security. 2. The Main Place Of Implementation Of The Project Will Be The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Building Of The City Hall In Koło, Ul. Stary Rynek 1;2) Building At Ul. Mickiewicza 12.3. The Implemented System Will Allow Services To Be Provided In Accordance With Legal Provisions Regarding Interoperability, Security And Access Standards For Disabled People.4. The Introduced System Will Work With Both Desktop Computers And Mobile Devices Such As Laptops, Tablets And Smartphones. As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Increase Public Access To Services Provided Electronically, In Accordance With Applicable Legislation. 5. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of E-Services At The Municipal Office In Koło. 6. The Development Of An Electronic Citizen Service System And Systems Supporting The Functioning Of The Municipal Office In Koło Is Planned, Including: 1) Implementation Of The Electronic Documentation And Budget Management System - An It System Operated By A Web Browser, Enabling The Implementation Of E-Services And Tasks Resulting From The Office Instructions And Supporting Budget Management, Including Providing Comprehensive Service To Customers Electronically Through The Use Of E-Services. Zsi Will Cooperate With The Following Systems: Epuap (In Terms Of Downloading And Sending Electronic Documents), With Bip/Www (In Terms Of Publishing Registers And Case Statuses), With The E-Sender Of Poczta Polska (In Terms Of Transmitting Registered Correspondence), With The E-Faktura System (In Terms Of Downloading Structured Electronic Invoices), With Bir/Gus (In Terms Of Downloading Entity Data), Direct Integration (In Terms Of Decreeing Letters And Sending Documents Between The Offices Departments); 2) Construction And Launch Of E-Services On The Epuap Platform - Development Of Electronic Services Consisting Of An Electronic Document Template And An Electronic Form. As Part Of The Service, Via Epuap And The E-Portal Of Municipal Services, A Customer Will Be Able To Fill Out A Form (In Some Cases Partially Completed By The System), Sign It, Send It To The Office, And In Some Cases Also Receive A Letter/Decision Back And Make An Electronic Payment. E-Services At Maturity Level 4 Will Require Data Exchange Between Ezd And Domain Systems; 3) Implementation Of The Ezd System - A Central It System Enabling The Implementation Of E-Services And Tasks Related To Office Instructions; 4) Modernization Of Domain Systems For The Needs Of Integration With The Ezd System - Adapting The Currently Used Domain Systems To The Needs Of Communication, Data
