Order Titled: Improvement Of The Quality And Communication Accessibility Of The Staszów Mof Based On Sustainable Urban Mobility - Construction Of The Staszów Loop Bicycle Path Under The European Regional Development Fund Under Measure 3.1 Urban Mobility In The Staszów Mof (Zit) Priority 3 European Funds For Urban Mobility Of The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie Program 2021-2027 In The Design And Build System. The Subject Of The Order - A Partnership Project Of The Municipalities Forming The Staszów Municipal Functional Area (Staszowa Mof), I.E. Communes: Staszów, Rytwiany And Oleśnica Is The Expansion Of Bicycle Infrastructure In Three Communes: Staszów, Rytwiany And Oleśnica. The Project Includes The Construction Of The Staszowska Loop Bicycle Path In The Form Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes And Two-Way Bicycle Paths That Will Connect Three Communes By Bicycle. The Total Length Of The Newly Built Path Is 22,262 Km. The Project Is Implemented Using The Design And Build Method. In The Staszów Commune, A 3.0 M Wide Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Crushed Stone Surface Is Planned (3 M Wide With A Gravel Surface - The Upper Layer With A Fraction Of 0-8 Mm, Thickness After Compaction Of 5 Cm On A Base Of Crushed Aggregate 25 Cm Thick). The Surface Structure Of This Section Will Be Adapted To The Soil And Water Conditions. This Is A Section Running Through Forest Areas. The Surface Will Be Maintained In A Condition Ensuring Cyclists Riding Comfort. Two Mor Points Will Be Built With The Necessary Infrastructure, Installation Of Bicycle Repair Stations, Installation Of Street Furniture. Staszów Commune - Supported Bicycle Infrastructure Of 3,847 M (Including: Construction Of A New 3,795 M + Reconstruction Of 52 M). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, I.E. Execution Of Design Works Covering The Scope Of Planned Construction Works, Presented In The Program Functional And Utilitarian, Constituting An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Including Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works Or A Decision On A Building Permit, If Required. Stage I Of The Procedure Includes, Among Others: A) Obtaining The Necessary Materials (E.G.
