Sportowa 1, Covering Only The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Installation Of A Cable Connector Along With Joining The Ends Of Lv Cables, 2) Works Related To The Switchgear/Rg Board, 3) Testing Of The Grounding Installation / Potential Equalization, The Ordering Party Informs That The Investment Entitled: Renovation Of The Outdoor Swimming Pool Will Currently Be Implemented (Finished) In Stages. Note: The Facility Covered By The Scope Of The Order Is Protected Under The Provisions On The Protection And Care Of Monuments - The Facility Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Protection Of The City Of Słubice, Register Number L-654/A Of June 16, 2014.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works/Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Works On Lv Cable Lines: A) Preparation (Making) Of The Ends Of Lv Cables In Accordance With The Documentation, B) Testing And Measurements Of Lv Cable Lines And Preparation Of Protocols. 2) Installation Of A Cable Connector: A) Delivery And Installation Of A Cable Connector Type Zk3-3 X 400 A Strip Switches, B) Making Cable Connections/Bridges From The Existing Connector, C) Introduction Of Existing Cables To The Zk In Accordance With The Design, D) Examination Of Cable Lines Related To The Connection Of New And Existing Ones And Preparation Of Acceptance Reports. 3) Works Related To The Switchgear/Rg Board: A) Construction Of Cable Approaches And Installation Of Pvc Protective Pipes For Cable Approaches To The Rg, B) Construction Of Cable Entries Through Brick Partitions (Walls/Ceilings) - To The Technical Room - Swimming Pool, C) Laying And Connecting The Grounding Tape On Brackets,D) Installation Of The Equipment Provided For In The Technical Documentation, Along With The Delivery Of Ppwp-4S A/4,E) Making Connections And Commissioning The Switchgear/Rg Board.4) Testing The Earthing Installation/Potential Equalization:A) Carrying Out Tests And Measurements Of The Earthing Installation/Equalizing Connections,B) Preparing Measurement Reports In Accordance With Applicable Standards. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, Among Others:1) Be Responsible For The Entire Order, Including For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order, 2) Will Prepare As-Built Documentation (Including Protocols, Admission Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Granted Warranty), 3) Will Accept Responsibility For Any Damage Caused By Its Employees, Persons Acting On Its Behalf, Including Cases Of Bodily Injury Or Property Damage Caused By An Act Or Omission During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Provided For By The Civil Code As And As A Result Of Non-Compliance With Occupational Health
