Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Lighting To Energy-Saving Ones Along With An Intelligent Management System In The Śrem Commune

The Subject Of The Investment Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Lighting To Energy-Saving Ones With An Intelligent Management System In The Commune Of Śrem, Śrem Poviat, Province. Greater Poland Voivodeship. The Order Includes The Replacement Of 1,886 Pieces Of Existing, Worn-Out And Ineffective Sodium Luminaires With Modern Luminaires With Led Light Sources. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Dismantling The Currently Used Luminaires; 2) Installation Of New Led Luminaires; 3) Installation And Configuration Of An Intelligent Lighting Control System (Including The Ability To Remotely Manage The Work Schedule, Monitor Energy Consumption); 4) Connecting The Luminaires To The Existing Infrastructure (Poles, Power Supply); 5) Performing The Necessary Tests, Measurements And Acceptance; 6) Performing Photometric Calculations (On Selected Sections Using Equivalent Luminaires); 7) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works. After Modernization, 1,886 Led Luminaires Will Be Installed (In Accordance With Annex No. 1), Which Will Be Integrated With The Intelligent Management System In The Śrem Commune. This System Will Enable: Remote Management Of Each Luminaire From The Central System, Automatic Switching On And Off Of Luminaires Depending On External Conditions, Programming Of Work Schedules (E.G. Reduction Of Light Intensity At Night), Monitoring Of Energy Consumption And Technical Condition Of Luminaires, Faster Location And Handling Of Failures. The Luminaires Must Be Manufactured In The European Union. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Configuration Of Lamps In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines, Including Operation According To The Indicated Schedule And Compatibility With The Existing Control System In The City. All Luminaires Delivered Must Be Fully Manageable In Accordance With The Specifications Described In Annex No. 5. Each Luminaire Should Be Accompanied By 2 Qr Codes (1 Pc. Per Luminaire, 1 Pc. Per Pole), Which Will Contain Information About The Luminaire And Its Location Provided By The Ordering Party. Examples Of Luminaires That Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Are Given In Annex No. 1. A Description Of The Required Technical Specifications For Equivalent Products Is Given In Annexes 2-5. Detailed The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Descriptions Contained In The Design Documentation, Which Concerns The Street Lighting In Question, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That Photometric Calculations Be Performed (On The Indicated Sections) Using Luminaires Other Than Those Indicated As Reference Ones. In Order To Prove Compliance With The Standards, The Evidence In Question Must Be Provided In The Form Of A Printout With Calculations From A Publicly Available Photometric Program Made In Accordance With The Attached Audit For Comparison And Assessment.
