3.1 Scope Of Work: The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop A Design For The Entire Construction Project And Obtain A Final Decision To Change The Use Of The Facility And To Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of Adapting A Service And Commercial Facility In The Design And Build Formula. The Detailed Scope Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annexes To This Procedure. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: 1) Basic Order (Guaranteed Order) Including: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Valid Permit For Change Of Use. B) Performance Of Construction Works Constituting Stage I Of The Performance Of The Contract, Consisting In The Adaptation Of The Hall Building For Commercial And Service Needs, With The Delivery Of Containers Marked In Annex No. 2 (Hall-Tragowa2) As No. 3, 4, 5, 6.2) Optional Order (Covered By The Option Right) Covering The Performance Of Works Constituting Stage Ii Of The Performance Of The Contract, Consisting In The Delivery Of Containers Marked In Annex No. 2 (Hall-Tragowa2) As No. 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. 3.2 The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. 3.3 Documents Listed In Section 3.2 Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And The Contractors Tender Offer Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract And Are Stored In The Public Procurement Department. 3.4 In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical And Executive Design For The Task Being Performed, Along With The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Obtaining A Valid Permit To Change The Use Of The Facility, 2) Secure The Work Site, 3) Ensure Constant Supervision And Control Of The Works Being Carried Out, 4) Ensure Ongoing Support For The Work Performed, 5) Organize Construction Facilities, 7) Construction Insurance, 8) Perform All Activities Related To The Construction Of The Facility, In Particular: A) Construction Works Consisting Of Preparation Of The Area, Demolition Of Existing Facilities, Adaptation Of The Commercial And Service Facility Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Installations, Technological Devices And Connections, 9) Commissioning Of All Devices, 10) Agreeing Details On Colors And Materials With The Ordering Party, 11) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 12) Performance Of The Necessary Accompanying Works And Formal And Legal Activities Enabling The Commissioning Of The Completed Works - Including Technical Acceptance And Obtaining A Decision On Occupancy Permit, As Well As Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation With An Indication Of The Changes Introduced,13) Performance Of All Other Works, Including Those Not Included In The Draft Contract And Those Accompanying And Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Securing The Area During The Work And Tidying Up The Area In The Area Of The Works Performed After Their Completion.3.5 The Subject Of The Order Will
