The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuels Meet The Requirements Specified In: − Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1018, As Amended); − Standard Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06 (Or Equivalent) – Applies To Unleaded Gasoline, − Standard Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06 (Or Equivalent) - Applies To Diesel Oil. − Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 28, 2021 On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg), − As Well As Will Be Consistent With The Standards And Regulations Amending During Deliveries Specifying Quality Requirements And With The Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer.4.2. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Must Document Each Delivery With A Quality Control Certificate. The Contractor Will Recognize The Fulfillment Of The Condition If The Ordering Party Provides For Inspection The Certificates Available At The Ordering Stations. 4.3. The Above-Mentioned Fuels Will Be Purchased Successively Using Fuel Cards. The Contractor Issues Cards With Registration Numbers Or Names And Surnames (With The Need To Provide The Registration Number To Be Filled) Or Bearer Cards (With The Need To Provide The Registration Number). Each Card Is Secured With A Chip And Pin. In The Case Of A Card With A Registration Number, The User Is Verified By Confirming The Pin Code.4.4. The Nearest Refueling Points Cannot Be Located More Than 3 Km From The Ordering Plant, I.E. Ul. Czysta 7 Sobótka The Distance Is Calculated When Driving A Car On The Shortest Public Road. 4.5. The Ordering Party Will Submit A List Of Vehicles By Registration Numbers And A List Of Persons Authorized To Purchase Fuel Based On The Cards. The Rules For Making Cashless Transactions Using Cards Will Be Determined By The Contractors Provisions (Commercial Terms And Conditions). In The Event Of A Card Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A New Card. The First Fuel Card Will Be Issued To The Ordering Party Free Of Charge Under The Contract. The Given Amounts Of Fuel Are Estimates, Determined On The Basis Of The Amount Of Fuel Purchased In The Previous Period. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantity Of Ordered Fuels, Which Is Not A Derogation From The Contract And Does Not Result In Any Claims By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quantity In The Event Of Changes In Current Needs Dictated By Economic, Technological Or Organizational Conditions.
